“I would rather completely fail and be myself than succeed and be someone I can’t stand. Most songs come from me being stubborn. I just speak on what I presume to know about the world; which isn’t always necessarily the most positive take. Sometimes it’s very tongue-in-cheek but it’s also me embracing myself. So I can only hope that different people, of all ages and backgrounds and situations can relate to my music and that they wanna hear the thoughts of a small town girl, not yet gracing big city stages.”
